摘要：

采用甲酯化、冷冻结晶离心、分子蒸馏工艺提取脱臭馏出物中维生素E,其生育酚总损失率为10%12%;研究工艺条件对生育酚损失影响,并对降低生育酚损失方法进行分析和探讨。
