农作物秸秆表面改性处理的研究进展

摘要
随着木材工业的快速发展,以及木材原料的日益减少,利用农作物秸秆代替木材生产复合材料十分必要。然而由于大部分农作物秸秆表面含有蜡质层、二氧化硅及非极性抽提物,使其胶合困难。针对这一问题,国内外众多研究者在秸秆表面改性处理方面开展了大量的研究工作。总结得出,秸秆表面改性处理方法主要有机械处理法、湿热处理法、物理处理法、化学处理法以及生物处理法,通过比较认为低温等离子体的秸秆表面处理更具有优势和发展前景。
