摘要
针对理论上关于企业家精神、企业声誉与产学研协同创新中组织间知识分享的关系尚缺乏更为细致的解释的现实,基于杭氧的访谈调查及公开数据对此进行了案例研究。研究认为,企业家的创新与创业精神不仅有助于网络能力、社会责任等企业声誉水平的提升,而且对产学研协同创新中组织间知识分享有着重要的影响。同时,企业声誉通过网络能力、社会责任和公平交易对产学研协同创新中组织间知识分享有着重要的影响,且企业声誉在企业家精神与产学研协同创新中组织间知识分享之间可能起着中介效应。
