摘要
本文根据各化学发光免疫分析方法所使用标记物质的不同,将化学发光免疫分析方法分为化学发光免疫分析、化学发光酶免疫分析和电化学发光免疫分析法,并对各方法经典标记物质及分析方法原理进行了分析。同时,介绍了化学发光免疫分析方法在医学检验、食品安全及环境科学方面的应用进展情况。
