<正>近年来,肠道微生物的重要性已经得到公认,它们是影响人体健康且与人类共同进化的共生菌[1]。人体肠道的共生菌种类繁多,有500～1000种,数量达108个,而人体自身的体细胞不足106个[2]。人类肠道细菌基因组计划证明人体肠道菌群约有300万个基因,而人体细胞核内的基因约有2万个,肠道菌群的基因数量约为人体基因数量的150倍[3]。
