摘要：

由于基因工程技术的迅速发展,应用于食品工业中产生了转基因食品,但是转基因食品的食用安全性一直受到人们的质疑。介绍了转基因大豆在食用中可能产生的安全性问题,并总结了这些问题的安全性评价和检测方法。
