头针与经颅直流电刺激技术对脑梗死患者认知障碍治疗作用的比较研究

摘要：

目的:观察头针与经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)治疗脑梗死患者认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法,将90例(脱离7例)脑梗死后伴认知障碍患者分为头针组(28例)、tDCS组(27例)和常规治疗组(28例),所有患者均接受传统康复训练(Bobath、Brunnstrom)等神经发育促进技术和药物治疗,tDCS组给予经颅直流电刺激治疗,头针组给予头针治疗,在治疗前和治疗6周后对所有患者进行LOTCA评定。结果:治疗6周后3组患者LOTCA评分较治疗前均有提高(P<0.05);头针组和tDCS组大部分评分提高幅度优于常规治疗组(P<0.05);头针组和tDCS组比较,各对其中不同单项评分的提高具有优势。结论:头针及tDCS能有效提高脑梗死后认知障碍患者的认知功能,对于认知功能各方面的提高有其优势。
