摘要：

同时检测食品中的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸等6种防腐剂,对色谱条件及样品的前处理方法进行研究,实现了前处理条件及色谱条件的一致性,利用高效液相色谱仪的梯度洗脱和波长切换,实现了6种防腐剂的有效分离。方法回收率高,精密度和检出限均可满足食品安全检测工作需要。是一种简便、快捷、准确的检测方法。
