摘要
:
目的:研究三七茎叶总皂苷酶转化产物和人参皂苷化合物K(C-K)的抗肿瘤作用。方法:利用β-葡聚糖苷酶转化三七茎叶总皂苷,转化产物经大孔吸附树脂富集和纯化,硅胶柱层析及制备薄层层析分离纯化后得到C-K。观察酶转化产物和C-K对S180肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用及对艾氏腹水癌小鼠生存期的影响。结果:三七茎叶总皂苷酶转化产物和C-K的抑瘤率分别为41.8%和44.7%;对艾氏腹水癌小鼠延长存活期分别为3.9d和4.6d。结论:三七茎叶总皂苷酶转化产物和C-K具有较强的抗肿瘤作用。
