<正>肺炎支原体(MP)是引起儿童和成人社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的重要致病菌之一,占CAP的10%～40%,其中儿童是MP的易感人群[1-2]。MP感染通常有多种临床表现,包括无症状感染、MP肺炎、重症肺炎及肺外表现。现对MP感染的病原学、流行病学、临床表现、诊断和治疗做一综述。1病原学特点
