<正>月经性癫痫最早由Gowers于1885年报道[1],之后相继有文献报道相关临床病例与理论分析,其定义至今国际上尚未明确统一,笔者暂使用Herzog于1997年提出的定义与分型。月经性癫痫是指在月经周期某一时期癫痫发病频率增加2倍或以上,或程度恶化的一类癫痫。根据月经性癫痫发作规律,将其分为围月经期型、排卵期型和黄体功能不足型3类[2]。月经性癫痫的发病机制至今尚未完全清楚,根据国内外的相关研究报道,该病病机与周期性变化的雌激素水平、孕激
