摘要：

促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)为治疗子宫内膜异位症(EM)的常用药物之一。GnRH-a联合手术使用可改善免疫功能、提高子宫内膜的容受性,进而提高受孕率。GnRH-a在辅助生殖技术中也有广泛的应用,除能改善EM症状外,还可用于激发卵泡的最后成熟。GnRH-a使用3～6个月后要进行反添加治疗。使用GnRH-a可能有过敏反应,但未见有对妊娠的不良反应报道。
