摘要：

细胞色素P450是一种血红素结合蛋白,在生物界广泛存在。自从1958年从小鼠肝脏微粒体中分离到第一个细胞色素P450以来,对细胞色素P450的结构、分子克隆、基因表达机制、功能鉴定及其应用方面的研究取得了重大进展。文章简要总结了植物细胞色素P450基因克隆和功能研究的最新进展。
