摘要：

包容性领导是在多样性、包容性和领导行为的研究基础上发展起来的一种新领导类型,最近几年来得到了众多学者的关注。基于国内外文献的梳理,系统总结了包容性领导的研究起源与内涵概念、测量、应用及其与其它领导理论的联系,并指出当前研究存在的问题,以期为包容性领导的未来研究提供理论借鉴和指导。
