氧化铟锡/银/氧化铟锡多层膜作为阳极的柔性有机电致发光器件

摘要
在柔性聚乙烯基对苯二酸酯基片上于室温条件下沉积了氧化铟锡/银/氧化铟锡(ITO/Ag/ITO)交替多层膜,利用氧化铟锡/银/氧化铟锡多层膜作为复合阳极制备了柔性有机电致发光器件.研究结果表明:当金属银层厚度为14~18nm的条件下,复合阳极具有良好的综合性能指标,其方块电阻为11W,可见光透过率约为80%.与单一氧化铟锡阳极器件相比,使用复合阳极的器件的发光亮度和发光效率均得到了显著提高.
