摘要：

<正> 脑出血是一个严重危害人类健康的公共卫生问题,占所有住院脑卒中患者的10%～30%,可导致严重的残疾和高病死率,6个月的病死率达30%～50%。大规模临床试验和观察性研究表明,规范治疗和专科护理能显著降低病死率,改善脑出血的结局。超早期止血、控制颅内高压、合理降低血压、脑室内组织型纤溶酶原激活剂溶栓和微创手术等技术有望改变目前脑出血患者的临床治疗策略,降低病死率,改善患者远期生存质量。1脑出血的流行病学和病因脑出血是一种急性脑部血管破裂,血液溢出到脑实质内的过程。发病率为10～30/10万,全球每年发病人数为200
