生姜挥发油研究进展

摘要
通过检索与总结近年来国内外有关生姜挥发油提取方法、化学成分和药理活性的相关文献,为生姜挥发油的研究、开发与运用提供参考依据。生姜挥发油的提取方法主要包括水蒸汽蒸馏法、压榨法和超临界CO2萃取法,化学成分主要归属单萜烯类、单萜烯类氧化物、倍半萜烯类、倍半萜烯类氧化物4大类,具有明显的抗氧化、抑菌、镇痛、保肝、中枢调节,及缺血性脑损伤神经保护作用等药理活性,在医药、食品、香料和化妆品等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
