摘要：

营养支持分为肠内营养(EN)和肠外营养(PN),EN在维护肠黏膜屏障、正常肠道菌群、抑制各种前炎性递质的释放等方面优于PN。随着EN制剂及喂养方法的改进,目前EN得到广泛应用。营养状况是影响人体健康和衰老进程的重要组成部分,老年人因消化吸收功能下降、常伴随多种基础疾病、进食差等原因,营养不良患病率较高。EN在老年人常见病、多发病中应用广泛。
