摘要
控制牛奶中体细胞的数量对于保证奶牛乳腺的健康、生产性能以及牛奶的质量都十分重要。从营养角度控制体细胞数的常用方法是给奶牛提供合理(形式和数量)的微量元素,如锌、铜、硒等。这些微量元素可以有效地提高奶牛的免疫力,降低体细胞数和乳房炎的发病率。针对微量元素的这一功效,对其在控制奶牛体细胞数上的应用做一简要论述。
