丰富环境促进缺血缺氧性脑损伤修复的研究进展

摘要
缺血缺氧性脑损伤是围生期窒息的严重并发症。丰富环境是促进感觉、认知及行为能力提高的居住条件。丰富坏境能在行为学、形态学及分子生物学三个层面促进缺血缺氧性脑损伤的修复。丰富环境可能通过调控各种因子的分泌与释放,增强突触可塑性,诱导神经元再生,抑制其凋亡,促进缺血缺氧性脑损伤后行为学及形态学的改变。
