摘要
<正>乳腺癌是严重威胁女性健康的恶性肿瘤之一,其特异性靶向治疗近年来已成为研究的热点。大量研究[1-2]结果表明,肿瘤细胞中的缝隙连接(gap junction,GJ)功能降低,而恢复或增强由连接蛋白(connexin,Cx)所形成的细胞间GJ功能可增强抗肿瘤药物的治疗作用。因此,采用包括GJ工具药、基因治疗等多种方式在内的治疗策略,通过改变乳腺癌细胞
