摘要
<正>肿瘤的生物学行为受到肿瘤微环境中的肿瘤细胞和基质细胞的调控[1]。现已了解在大多数实体瘤组织中存在固有免疫和适应性免疫细胞,如巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、肥大细胞和淋巴细胞。这些细胞调节肿瘤内及癌旁组织的类炎症反应,在促进和/或抑制肿瘤进展中起着重要的作用[2]。目前,发现了一类分泌IL-17为特征的CD4+T细胞———Th17细胞,其在自身免疫性疾病和炎症中的研究,取得了重要发现,近来在肿瘤免疫研究中也受到了很大的重
