网络口碑研究综述

摘要
随着网络的普及和电子商务的发展,越来越多的人开始进行网络消费,网络口碑对人们的影响也日益显著。本文梳理和归纳了网络口碑的概念内涵,回顾了相关领域的实证研究,并在此基础上提出了今后对于网络口碑的研究方向,希望可以推动该领域的发展。
