急性脑梗死患者血浆Lp-PLA2和hs-CRP水平及意义

摘要
目的探讨血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)及超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平与急性脑梗死患者脑梗死体积、神经功能缺损程度的关系。方法收集急性脑梗死患者(62例)和未卒中对照者(26例),采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆Lp-PLA2水平,免疫速率散射比浊法检测hs-CRP水平。计算脑梗死体积并行神经功能缺损程度评估。结果 Lp-PLA2水平随脑梗死体积增加而呈递增趋势,差异无统计学意义;hs-CRP水平随脑梗死体积增加而呈递增趋势,差异有统计学意义;Lp-PLA2及hs-CRP水平随神经功能缺损程度增加而呈递增趋势,差异有统计学意义;经相关性分析Lp-PLA2和hs-CRP水平无相关性。结论急性脑梗死患者血浆Lp-PLA2水平升高与神经功能缺损程度有关,而与脑梗死体积无关;hs-CRP水平升高与神经功能缺损程度及脑梗死体积有关。
