<正>颈椎前路椎间盘切除植骨融合术一直被认为是治疗颈椎退变性疾病的成熟而标准化的前路手术。但部分患者术后出现相邻节段继发性退变和不稳定,导致手术远期疗效差、满意度低。为避免上述缺陷的出现,颈椎人工椎间盘置换术应运而生。颈椎人工椎间盘置换术是指切除病变椎间盘后,在相应椎间隙内置入一枚可以模拟正常椎间盘功能和活动
