辱虐管理研究评述与未来展望

摘要
作为破坏型领导的典型代表,辱虐管理近年来受到学界的广泛关注。本文通过梳理2000年以来的相关研究,在简要介绍辱虐管理的概念、本质与测量之后,详细归纳四大类理论视角之下的辱虐管理因果研究,并简单总结一些创新性的研究。通过对文献的系统梳理并跟踪国内外研究的最新进展,本文识别出现有研究不足,指出此议题在辱虐本质探讨、跨文化比较和应对措施等方面的发展前景,以期为后续研究提供参考。
