摘要：

本研究从边界跨越者的概念出发,分析如何从人员安排的角度,协调学校伙伴关系建构过程中的各种张力,提升合作的有效性。基于对一项U-B-S协作项目的实证研究,本文发现,大学SDO的边界跨越者角色,体现在价值观与利益的协调者、教育咨询师及外部信息引入者三个方面。坚守跨界协调者的专业独立性,提升个体成员的专业知能与人际协调能力,同时注重边界跨越者的团队建设,是学校伙伴关系中边界跨越者能量提升的可能进路。
