摘要：

目的:了解国内外患者依从性评价方法的研究进展,旨在为提高疾病管理水平、临床合理用药提供建议。方法:通过文献研究,总结目前国内外有关患者依从性的概念、评定方法等。结果:国内外没有一个测量患者依从性的金标准,目前的测量方法主要有监测药物浓度,评价治疗效果,计算药物用量,利用药物治疗监测系统,自我报告法等。结论:需要开发准确可行的评定患者依从性的金标准,进而分析特定疾病依从性的影响因素,提高疾病的治疗和管理水平。
