摘要：

炎性体作为一种新近发现的蛋白质复合物,其活化后可促进炎性因子的成熟与释放,在先天性免疫中发挥着重要的作用。本文就核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白1(NLRP1)和3(NLRP3)炎性体的构成、激活机制及信号传导通路和相关的疾病做出综述,并对NLRP1和NLRP3炎性体与早产的关系做出推测。
