摘要：

本文详细介绍了近半个世纪以来双语表征研究的主要理论和实验方法。对各种理论和方法的历史背景进行了全面的考察,并对其主要贡献和存在的具体问题进行了客观的评价。从现存的问题中,我们可以看出,由于语言认知过程本身的复杂性,对双语表征问题只有采用多学科结合的研究手段,从双语表征的各个层面进行综合性实验研究,才能得出一致的结论并且建立起一个科学的双语表征模型。
