<正>目前,随着人们的生活、饮食和工作习惯的改变及科学技术的发展,尤其是电脑在工作与生活中的普及,使得人们逐步形成久坐的习惯,同时高热量食物的无限制摄取,人们罹患肥胖、2型糖尿病等代谢紊乱性疾病的可能性大大增加,使肥胖病发率逐年攀升,中医认为"饮食自倍,脾胃乃伤",多食肥甘厚腻易致脾胃湿困,多静少动,湿聚成痰,延误治疗,而生痰湿。因此在脾虚的基础上,内外湿邪合而为病,发为消渴[1]。
