摘要
胡黄连(Picrorrhiza scrophularaeflora Pennell)是常用中药,医药前景良好。目前,已经从胡黄连中分离得到70多种化合物,其中主要成分是环烯醚萜苷、苯乙醇苷和酚苷。药理实验研究表明,胡黄连单体化合物具有广泛的药理作用,尤其是在保肝利胆、抗菌消炎、保护受损的神经细胞及凋亡的心肌细胞等方面具有显著的效果。本文通过查阅相关文献,主要从化学成分、单体化合物药理活性方面对胡黄连国内外研究概况进行整理和分析,以期为胡黄连药用资源的合理开发和利用提供理论依据。
