摘要
:
初步研究了以活性炭为载体的猪胰脂酶吸附固定.吸附pH和吸附量对吸附固定有重要影响.吸附的最适pH在8左右,酶的比活随吸附量的增加而减小.同时固定化酶有比自由酶更好的热稳定性.
