权力感与网络口碑传播——“第二道数字鸿沟”视角下的网络赋权实现

摘要
网民能否享有网络赋权受制于"第二道数字鸿沟",而这种网络使用行为的差异受到多种因素的影响,并最终产生不同的结果。本研究以网络口碑为主题,考察了权力感这一个人特质与网络口碑行为之间的相互影响。研究一通过问卷调研发现,权力感与网络口碑意愿正相关;研究二通过实验证明,网络口碑行为能提高口碑传播者的情境权力感。
