CEO绿色经历能否促进企业绿色创新?

摘要
本文以CEO绿色经历为研究视角,基于2002—2017年中国沪深A股上市公司数据,探讨了CEO绿色经历对企业绿色创新的影响。研究发现:CEO的绿色经历有助于促进企业绿色创新,并且在非国有企业、非重污染企业和市场化程度较低地区的企业中,CEO绿色经历发挥的作用更大,对企业绿色创新的促进作用更为明显。此外,扩展性研究发现,CEO绿色经历能够通过促进绿色创新改善企业财务绩效和环境绩效。实证结论不仅为企业高管与绿色创新研究提供重要补充,而且为政府部门制定绿色创新相关政策提供微观经验支撑。
