原发性高血压患者血压分级与血尿酸、胆红素和hs-CRP水平的关系

摘要
目的:研究原发性高血压(EH)患者血压分级与血尿酸(UA)、血胆红素和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的关系。方法:选择94例EH患者为EH组,按2009年中国高血压防治指南高血压分级标准分为3组:(140~159)/(90~99)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)为EH 1级组,32例;(160~179)/(100~109)mmHg为EH 2级组,20例;≥180/110mmHg为EH 3级组,42例。另外选取在本院体检的健康成年人40例作为对照组。所有入选对象于入院第2天采空腹静脉血测定UA、胆红素和hs-CRP水平。结果:EH组UA明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组胆红素与hs-CRP差异不具有统计学意义;EH组内不同高血压分级患者间UA、胆红素与hs-CRP均差异无统计学意义。Pearson相关性分析显示,UA、胆红素和hs-CRP与年龄及高血压分级无相关性。结论:UA在EH的发生发展过程中起一定作用,而血胆红素和hs-CRP与其发展可能无相关性。
