<正>随着科学技术的发展和人民生活水平的提高,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)已成为治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的主要手段。然而,PCI治疗面临着支架内再狭窄的巨大挑战。支架内再狭窄(ISR)通常指经皮冠状动脉介入术后,随访时冠状动脉造影显示其血管内径再次狭窄≥50%。在
