淫羊藿总黄酮的抗骨质疏松作用及其对调控成骨细胞分化及骨形成关键信号通路的影响

摘要
淫羊藿总黄酮(total flavonoids of epimedium,TFE)的抗骨质疏松作用已被临床研究证实,但其具体作用机制尚不完全清楚,可能通过激活与成骨细胞相关的信号通路发挥作用。调控成骨细胞分化及骨形成的关键信号通路主要包括骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenetic protein,BMP)/Smads信号通路、Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路、Notch信号通路、Hedgehog信号通路及成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)信号通路等。本文就TFE的抗骨质疏松作用和TFE对调控成骨细胞分化及骨形成的关键信号通路的影响进行了综述。
