摘要：

<正>20世纪70年代,人们就发现了一种来源于中胚层、成纤维样贴壁生长的细胞,称之为间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)[1]。MSC因其具有多向分化潜能、免疫调节和分泌细胞因子的能力,成为研究治疗免疫疾病和组织修复等的重要工具。1995年首次报道MSC应用于临床试验,现在培养的MSC已被广泛用于临床试验研究[2],从移植物抗宿主病、充血性心衰、急性心梗、2型糖尿病、脊髓
