中东呼吸综合征(Middle East respiratory syndrome, MERS)是由中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒(Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus, MERS-CoV)引起的一种严重呼吸道传染病。本文将对MERS病原学特征与流行病学特征及研究进展进行简要综述。
