摘要：

<正>D-二聚体(D-Dimer,D-D)是纤维蛋白单体经活化因子ⅩⅢ交联后,再经纤溶酶水解产生的一种特异性降解产物,其含量增高或阳性反映机体凝血和纤溶系统的激活。D-二聚体已广泛应用于多种疾病的诊断,如:用于排除静脉血栓以及肺栓塞、DIC中的诊断、肝脏疾病的应用、脑梗中的诊断及预后判断
