重视质子泵抑制剂的安全性

摘要：

质子泵抑制剂（PPI）在临床应用已20余年,是目前临床上治疗酸相关性疾病的主要药物。临床医师普遍认为这是一类安全有效的药物,但近几年来有关其潜在不良反应的报道增多。PPI常见不良反应轻微,严重不良反应罕见,但对于高龄患者及严重肝、肾功能不全的患者应酌情减量,同时需注意与常用药物间的相互作用。当长疗程、大剂量应用时,可能产生一系列潜在的不良反应,如骨质疏松、维生素B12缺乏、缺铁性贫血、肺部及肠道感染等,应引起重视。
