数字化转型、动态能力与企业创新绩效——来自高新技术上市企业的经验证据

摘要：

数字化转型成为当前高新技术企业实现创新的重要路径。基于动态能力理论，以中国沪深A股高新技术上市企业2007—2019年的数据为样本，实证检验数字化转型对企业创新绩效的影响及其中间机制。研究发现：数字化转型显著正向影响企业创新绩效；数字化转型显著正向影响创新能力、吸收能力与适应能力；创新能力、吸收能力、适应能力均在数字化转型与企业创新绩效之间存在显著的中介效应，其中吸收能力的中介作用效应最大，适应能力的中介作用效应最小；上述结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依旧成立，且在国有企业和民营企业中不存在显著差异。
