脑源性神经营养因子在神经退行性疾病中的作用研究进展

摘要
神经退行性疾病是神经元及髓鞘逐渐丧失的神经功能障碍性疾病。研究发现脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)可为多种神经元提供营养支持,并积极参与神经元的修复。BDNF在多种神经退行性疾病中都存在表达水平异常的情况,说明它们参与了中枢神经系统疾病的发生,对这类疾病可能具有潜在的治疗作用。
