摘要
:
能源技术学习曲线是基于"经验能改进技术表现"这一基本假设,刻画了技术需求(市场)和技术供给(研发)两种力量对技术进步的影响。由于学习曲线为衡量内生技术变动提供了一个重要指标——学习率,因此在国际上越来越多的学者在关注这方面的研究。本文从方法学、研究进展和存在的问题三个方面详细介绍了国外对能源技术学习曲线的研究。
