摘要：

人类消化道中定植的真菌分为66个菌属和184个菌种,其中念珠菌占优势。与共生的细菌相类似,共生的真菌是消化道微生态的一个重要成员,起帮助器官发育、参与营养代谢和诱导(或抑制)免疫等作用。当宿主防御系统受损(如免疫缺陷)或消化道微生态失衡(如抗生素使用后)时,机会性致病真菌可引起真菌性食管炎,还可能在感染性结肠炎、肠易激综合征、炎症性肠病和急性胰腺炎等疾病中起一定的作用。
