摘要：

将体现中华文化底蕴的和谐与道德领导结合起来,实证研究在中国特定文化背景下领导者的道德水平对组织和谐精神的影响发现,员工对道德领导的评价与员工在组织中感受到的和谐程度显著相关,包括员工与自身、与同事、与团队、与上级、与管理体系、与其他部门、与最高领导的和谐以及组织内外部的和谐。
