<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmo-nary disease,COPD）特征是持续存在、呈进行性发展的气流受限[1]。据统计,种族不同,COPD患病率从0.2%37%不等,每10万人口死亡率3～111人不等且呈逐年递增趋势,预计到2020年COPD将上升为全球第三大死亡原因[2]。现就近年来VEGF与COPD气道重塑的相关研究进展作一综述。1 COPD气道重塑的研究气道重塑是COPD主要病理特点之一。主要发生在小气道（内径<2mm）,表现为杯状细胞增多,黏液分泌增加,小气道
