摘要：

<正>下胫腓联合损伤是足踝骨科医师经常遇到的问题,其发生率约占踝部骨折患者的1/7[1],下胫腓联合的完整是踝关节发挥最大功能的保证,伤后若不予以妥善处理,易造成踝关节慢性不稳定和创伤性关节炎的发生。但是对于该病的治疗方式尚未达成一致,本文就近年来国内外关于下胫腓联合损伤的诊治进行综述,以进一步指导临床工作。
