摘要：

Leadership morality has aroused the interest of Chinese psychologists in recent years.By means of investigation,interviews,questionnaire surveys,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the structure of the Party and Governmental Cadres' leadership morality was investigated.The results indicate that leadership morality includes five dimensions: honesty, service,autonomy,dedication,tolerance,and this questionnaire have a good consistency and validity.
